meeting id

Use a video conference unit for bluejeans meetings but lately it seems to stick on the 'meeting id' screen. Get the 'please wait for a participant to join the meeting' audio prompt but even when they do we cant see them and are stuck looking at the meeting ID screen. They can see us and the audio works fine. Also direct video calls (not using bluejeans) work fine. Any ideas?
