Map colours & pricing

Hi

Love the command centre, its exactly what we're after and is great to show our stats to our bosses who love graphs!

I find the colours on the map very confusing as we have lots of areas in grey, which are difficult to see - could it not range from green to red or something easier to see?

Is this going to be a included in the current price or another added on extra?

Hi Ian -

Great idea on the colors.  As far as the pricing question, are you asking if the map is included in your current price or Command Center in general?

Hi Jason

Sorry I meant is command centre going to be included in the current bluejeans price or another premium product?

Hi Ian -

There will be a free version and an enhanced version.  This post has a breakdown of what will be in each.  Look for the first embedded file.

Hi Ian,

I let your sales rep know that you were interested in pricing.  They should be reaching out.

Any chance of the colors changing in the full release? Love the command centre features though, exactly what we were after!

@Ian do you like the colors in the release? Do they help out? Please let us know if the shades need to be adjusted further.

Thanks!

Thanks Brett

It's definitely better! I'd have preferred a range going from 1 color to another i.e. green to red. But this is an improvement.

We have only around 30 calls a month at the minute, so it would be quite nice if the shades were adaptive, for example in our case the 30-50 shade would be as dark as the >4000 one in the example above. Then if we did a whole year then the darkest shade would be the most amount of calls - although that is probably a nightmare to do!!

Brett -- if I may sort of add on -- one of our wishlist items is to be able to drill down into a country to see what meetings were joined from there. We are running 100-150 meetings a day and I would love to know who joined from . This has a couple of applications -- from a purely curiosity aspect, from a usability (how did the meeting go) and from a security aspect.

Hi Brett, thanks for the feedback.  Our next release will give you the ability to look at a meeting and then see geographically where everyone is coming from.  You will have the ability to drill in to different countries and actually see the different cities where participants are calling in from.  Hope this helps!

These graphs (especially the Geo Distribution one) are pretty useless to send to someone, as it only gives you specific information if you scroll your mouse over the areas (even the green shading is hard to decipher from one shade to another). When I export them out into pdf, they lose their ability to show me stats once the mouse is scrolled over the areas, so that’s useless.

Hi Ryan, thanks for the feedback.  I'll discuss this with the team and see if we can make information more available in our exported formats.

It would also be awesome if you could make the other graphs customizable by region. So if I wanted to see meetings in just India, I can get those stats, instead of worldwide. Also, for the Geo-Distribution one, is that unique endpoints or total endpoints for the month? So if I had 5 separate meetings, would I account for 5 of say 100 endpoints?

We do have filtering based on locations on our roadmap, so you would be able to have your dashboard only display stats for India connected endpoints.  Geo-Distribution shows total endpoints for the month, we do not break it out for unique endpoints currently.
