I am using Bluejeans with Lenovo ideapad and the audio level is VERY low. All other apps are working fine , any idea how to fix this ?
Has there been any resolution to this? Frankly the audio is repeatedly not usable for any kind of call let along a conference call. Absolutely crazy when everything is cranked up to max and still cannot hear others who call in on the bridge. Will there ever be any resolution?
I have this same issue on my MacBook Pro. There is nothing wrong with the audio stream, it doesn't drop out and is not patchy. It simply isn't being delivered to the speakers correctly. For one, it's in mono and is only coming from the right-hand speaker. And two, the audio levels are insanely low.
