Could recording be switched from a cloud based storage to a local recording? The hard limit is fairly small and with ongoing meetings it get filled up rather quickly. Also, breaking videos into smaller chunks would be really good. I had a several hour training with various agendas and I'll have to hand it out the video to our editor to crop out various relevant sections. The titles should be easily added to each video and broken up accordingly.

Hi Christiaan - thanks for all the new Community activity! I couldn't agree more about being able to break the videos out (easily) into smaller chunks. ie: the Customer Advisory Board on Wednesday, I'd love to divide into chapters just like your training sessions. Which, guess what? You can in the Blue Jeans WebApp. To crop relevant sections with titles, he can add q-points to the recording by clicking on the "show annotations" icon in the bottom right hand corner. You can do it in your Blue Jeans account using the "queue points" feature (see photo). Then you can mark the time of the video, and add a title to it.  That way you can still keep the entire recording instead of segmenting it into multiple videos.

Engineering is saying this is a long term work in progress. In the meantime, we recommend downloading to your local machine.

We have opened a JIRA ticket for you with our product team, so just keep following this thread for updates.
