Lifesize Icon managed by Lifesize Cloud

I am currently testing the new icon 400, which has meant i need to test lifesize cloud too, so that i am able to manage the device.

Bizarrley the first time i tried it worked, but now :

Dialling bluejeans through IP - I get the Spanish IVR and cannot present
Dialling bluejeans through SIP URI - i get Spanish IVR and can present.

anyone know how i override BlueJeans thinking my call from lifesize cloud requires Spanish - any clues? i have no idea where they host the cloud servers.

I will raise it with lifesize too.

Hey Ash,

Once you dial into the meeting, using the LifeSize remote hit *2 to cycle through the different languages. Someone may have accidentally hit * before entering a meeting ID that starts with a 2, and possibly changed your language settings... Let me know if this works!

yes this absolutely works, sorry forgot to mention that i knew this ;) however this is not an ideal scenario to expect everyone outside of spain to follow.

I expect it to be a CDN issue with geoip, which reminds me i could just look at command centre to get more data :D such a great tool
