Lenovo Notebook Webcam and Microphone issue with Bluejeans 1.31.16

Hello All,

I am facing a weird problem with Bluejeans into my Lenovo 100 series Ideapad (100-14ISK). I have proper webcam and audio driver installed and I am running Windows 10 64-bit. I have installed Bluejeans desktop app (version 1.31.16). But when I go to join a meeting it can't detect my webcam and Microphone is also not working. I have tested my webcam and microphone with other apps, like- Skype, FB messenger, Zoom etc. Everything works fine, only Bluejeans is facing this problem. Instead of showing webcam, it's showing blank screen with buffering in preview mode. Even when I try to speak in built-in Mic, other participants can't hear me. So neither Webcam nor Audio is working. I check my privacy settings and found "Let apps use my Camera" option is ON. Also camera is enabled for Microsoft Edge browser. 

I have another Lenovo laptop (G50), same issue happening there as well. But DELL or HP laptop is not facing such issues. so anything wrong with Bluejeans and Lenovo compatibility? How to resolve this issue?
