Any plans of working with a hardware partner for support, im looking at something like : http://www.slashgear.com/logitech-k725-c-keyboard-adds-voip-caller-id-screen-and-controls-17265706/
im planning on finding something to work with our softphones so we can make calls to Blue Jeans and others directly and abolishing the desk phone where possible.

Hello Ash, I took a look at the link you have here of Logitech's K725-C keyboard. Looks like the keyboard works with a combination of Logitech's mouse and C920 webcam with the focus to compliment Cisco Jabber which Blue Jean's fully supports. As you know, one can also use the C920 webcam with browser and be in a BJN call instantly and enjoy the browser meeting controls.

What i am most interested in is the keyboard controls themselves, right now this keyboard only professes to work with Jabba, if i could have controls on the keyboard itself i could get quick and easy control especially while presenting. I find trying to get back to my bluejeans window after a presentation quite cumbersome.

Currently today, we have some basic control when on the active Blue Jeans meeting window from your keyboard: P - hide/show participant info side bar, M -Mutes audio microphone / Spacebar = push to talk, V -mutes Video. As far as Human Interface Device, USB HID device with more functionality is something that engineering is looking at. By the way, Mr. Tedd Foxx here says Hello!

There is one more: "S" will mute the speaker. The list of keyboard shortcuts in a browser I have is:
- P - hide/show participant info side bar
- M - mute audio microphone / Spacebar = push to talk
- V - mute video
- S - mute speaker
