Join with browser doesn't show when using Internet Explorer 11

We setup a BlueJeans meeting with a customer and they couldn't connect to the visual portion of the meeting. The customer wasn't able to install the BlueJeans app and did not see the "Join With Browser" link. I confirmed their issue when using Internet Explorer 11. How can we have users view BlueJeans meetings when using Internet Explorer?

Hello Keith,

The reason the user was unable to connect via the browser while on Internet Explorer is because Internet Explorer doesn't support WebRTC.

A case was created for this (#00483329), and an email was sent to you with more information on this as well.
