New iPad Pro (Nov 2018 release), when attempting to join a BlueJeans video conference via mobile app, the iPad Pro will receive a message stating video disabled in multitasking mode.  The iPad Pro is able to view video from the video conference but others will not be able to see the iPad Pro, only audio.  Trying on the previous model works perfectly fine.  Two brand new iPad Pros (Nov 2018) were tested with the same results.

Same issue. I tried everything to solve this (kill app, reboot, reinstall, ...)... no result.
