Improve Handling of Time Zones when Scheduling Meeting

At the moment, when scheduling a meeting, the choice of time zones doesn't account for DST when stating the offset.

When dealing across timezones and continents, it would be beneficial if the time zones were accurate in accounting for this, allowing for more careful planning of times that are reasonable for everyone involved.

Our company spans multiple time zones as well and we have not noticed this issue when using the outlook plugin.  For familiarity sake and ease of use, we have trained our staff to use the Outlook plugin when setting up meetings.  We still have some of our users setup meetings through the web portal and through their mobile devices.  Can you share how what avenue you are using when scheduling a meeting.  I would like to make a note of it in case a user brings this issue to my attention.

The Outlook Add-in honors the local time zone set in Outlook.  
There is a time zone choice when you set up the account.  You can change this at .  Of course, this is for the scheduling.  Local email / calendar settings go into effect for the invitees.
