I use the BlueJeans app and every meeting I start has the same meeting title, even though the meeting I'm starting is different.

It seems as if it's caching old meeting titles.  I have had attendees drop because they thought they were in the wrong meeting based on the title.  I removed the Outlook plugin, uninstalled the App, rebooted my machine, re-installed the App and it's still doing the same thing.  Is there a way to clear the cache so it shows the correct titles in my meetings?

Hi James,

Thank you for reporting this issue. This is not expected behavior.

Could you please let us know some of the meeting id # wherein this issue was encountered? Are you using bluejeans outlook plugin to schedule all meetings?

Hi Radhika,
Yes, I was using the Outlook plugin to schedule all my meetings, but I have uninstalled it and I am not using it anymore.  I use my personal room number for all my calls so if you look at my meeting history in the Command Center, you can see that there are only 2 titles that show up for all my meetings "LeX DC Migration - Weekly Status Call", which I haven't held since Feb 23rd, and "CAGS DC Migration - OEM Monitoring access requirements" which the actual meeting was back on March 14th.  Any meeting I schedule now, no matter what the title, shows up in the BlueJeans meeting as one of those two titles.  My participants are seeing it too and I have had participants drop because they thought they were on the wrong meeting.
Thanks,
Jim

HI there!

I had that issue too with the Outlook plugin.  I worked with my customer support team and Bluejeans (fantastic) and had to do some uninstalling of the program, removing some registry keys, and then reinstalling the plugin (none of which worked) .  Finally we uninstalled and had to reinstall with the program for Machine instead of User.   It is now working as it should.

Just wanted to share.
