Hi, i need to set up a meeting that will take place with a group of people without me while i am on vacation. I want to be able to create a meeting without a specific start time so that when they decide, my board president can just email everyone the link and they all agree to join at that time, instead f her having to go into blue jeans to actually set it up to start at a certain time. I can't find out how to create a "personal meeting" (the closest thing i found that might accomplish this), when i do a regular meeting it makes me put in a start date and time. I just want a code that creates an evergreen "room" that people who have the link can go into when they need it.

Hello Laura,

Currently, all our meetings require a meeting start time and end time for activation purposes. I do have a few workaround options that may help you:
  1. You can use your personal meeting information. This is a meeting that is always ready and can be used whenever you like. You can sign into your account and click on "View Join Info" on the left to obtain your meeting information.
  2. The other option is to schedule a recurring meeting that the end date is set to never. This will make the meeting active whenever you would like and you would be able to join at any time, any day. You can set the recurrence pattern to monthly so that it only populates one entry for that meeting.
  3. You can schedule a meeting to start at the beginning of the day and set it to end at 11pm or midnight. This will allow you to join the meeting any time on the day that it is scheduled.
I hope you find this information useful!
