During bluejeans session with engineers, they frequently have command lines they need us to copy and paste into a document or application to accomplish some task.

During a recent web conference using bluejeans on a windows 10 system, we were unable to get standard Window copy and past functionality to work.

Is there some configuration needed to obtain that functionality?

Hello Larry!

Can you please advise what version of our application you're running? Right-clicking to copy/paste
doesn't work in our older version of the application, but you can use the commands CTRL + C and CTRL + V. In our newest version, or in a browser right-clicking should work for you.

Best regards,

Erin - BlueJeans Support

I just installed blue jeans in the past month or so, downloading from your site. And in windows 10, control c and v do not work for me.

Hello Larry,

Unfortunately, with the new 2.x application you are not able to copy out of the chat. The paste feature should still work using Ctrl+V. We are working to implement a copy feature for the Windows app 2.x, but we have no firm ETA on when it will be released.

Thank you,
Lee - BlueJeans Support

Please add +1 to needing Chat to be copy-able -- Just using a meeting for our team to run a Twitter live chat and everybody had to bail over to Facebook to be able to craft messages.  I was using browser on a Mac, and was able to copy and paste, but everyone else (on Windows) was set up on the Blujejeans desktop.
