Headphone issues with PC app

When using my Bluetooth headphones (Bose qc35II) with the BlueJeans app on my W10 Laptop, I lose audio each time i get a notification from a different application. It take around 10 seconds to get the audio back to the bluejeans app. 

Is this a known problem or could you recommend a setting which I need to change to prevent this from happening in the future.

Hello Sean,

For BlueJeans meetings, we typically recommend headsets/mics that have a physical connection to the PC to prevent any issues with signal loss. We have a knowledge-based article with a list of headsets and mics we recommend for meetings.

An option to test is to check to make sure that the advanced setting for your headset/mic gives exclusive control for applications.
