@TAMIU eLearning we will let other customers chime in here on their experience with the recording feature.
@Olivier - Thank you for your interest in recording. You are able to record meetings now with Blue Jeans. There are two levels, free and premium feature bundle. If you do not see the feature enabled, let us know and we will open a support case.
Enabling Recording:
Enable for each Individual User that you wish to have recording.

Enabling Recording:
- Enable Recording for your enterprise.
- Under the Admin Console>Group Settings>Group Info>Meeting Preferences
- Make sure "Enable Meeting Recording for my group" is check marked.
- Under the Admin Console>Manage Users>View/Edit Users> [Selected User]
- Make sure "Enable meeting recording" is check marked beside the user Portrait.
- Once recording is enabled for the enterprise group, the moderators have the ability in the "Scheduled Meetings/Advanced Meeting Settings" to check on the setting to "Enable Auto Recording". When this setting is enabled, recording will start when the host joins the call.
- Admins have an option to set auto delete period for recordings in his enterprise. After that period recordings will be deleted for all accounts in the enterprise.
