When I try launching a meeting from a url such as https://bluejeans.com/somerandommeetingid the web browser is unable to find and launch the bluejeans app. I get the prompt "There is no application set to open the URL bjn://meeting/[...]". Then in that same dialog box I select "choose application", I select the bluejeans app, and then the app will open and the meeting will start. This preference is not saved however and I have to go through the same process the next time I click on a URL to launch a meeting. I believe this started happening recently after upgrading from bluejeans 1.37 to 2.7 for Mac. The issue is still persistent in 2.8. One thing I did notice is that the name of the app changed between 1.37 and 2.7 from "Blue Jeans.app" (note the space) to "BlueJeans.app" (no space). I did uninstall the old app. Any recommendations on how to fix this? Thanks!
