Frozen Blue Jeans App on MacBook Pro

I use Blue Jeans on my Mac and it's not responding all all. It's been stuck on "loading" for days and I am unable to quite the app or restart my computer because of it. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi Lindsay. I'm so sorry that the BlueJeans app is causing you issues. You will need to "Force Quit" the app to do this, follow the following steps: 
  1. Choose Force Quit from the Apple () menu, or press Command-Option-Esc.
    This is similar to pressing Control-Alt-Delete on a PC.
  2. Select the app in the Force Quit window, then click Force Quit.
After this, BlueJeans should launch normally.
