Failed to install Outlook Plugin In Citrix

Hi Guys, We are running approximately 100 users in Citrix environment and we need to deploy Outlook Plugin. It gets installed but then it straight away goes into inactive list of addins in Outlook. Please suggest any solution.

Hi Muhammad,

Thank you for reporting the issue with outlook addin deployement. If you are using Citrix Xen App for installation then we support only Per Machine build as XenApp server is a shared resource. Support case 00411240 is raised to investigate the reported incident.
