Facebook Live question about stream key

I am trying to test Facebook live with Blue Jeans and I am getting the pop up screen with the Basic/Advanced options for Facebook live but keep getting the message:

If your video stream isn't working, make sure you copied the contents of these fields into your video streaming software's settings.

Then it gives me the server URL and Stream Key codes.

Where do I place this information - does it go within the settings of the BlueJeans app or somewhere else? Any advice appreciated - thanks,

Hi Jon,

Thank you for reporting the broadcast issue.At present it is a known issue at our end when streaming on a "Facebook Page" via bluejeans app. Issue is not seen when you try broadcasting on a "Facebook group" or "Facebook timeline".
We have a workaround for this. Join the meeting using chrome browser using our plugin-less technology called WebRTC. Just add /browser after your moderator link ex: https://bluejeans.com/<meetingid>/<moderatorpin>/browser in chrome browser and try broadcasting on a "Facebook page". Ensure browser pop up blocker is disabled.

Hi Jon,

I like to notify you that the fix for broadcast issue with facebook "pages" via bluejeans app is available with new version of Bluejeans app 1.24.35. Please update your app and test. Note: Bluejeans app launched via IE 8/9/Edge browsers does not have this fix.

Hi, I have the same issue as Jon describes when I tried to connect fb live in a fb group? Do you know how long this might take to fix?

Hi Dora,

Currently only broadcasting over "Facebook page" via bluejeans app is affected by the issue. You should be able to broadcast on "Facebook group" successfully. I am creating a support case to follow up with you in this regard.
