Error When Opening a Meeting Reply in IBM Notes

If I schedule a meeting in BlueJeans, I receive an invitation to myself (why) and then I have to accept it to put it on my calendar but when I do accept it, the invitation shows that I have not responded [to myself or the scheduler?] then, when the person accepts the meeting and I get their response it shows "You cannot process this notice because this meeting is not in your mailfile or has not been accepted".

When opening the person's reply I first get the error "Error trying to open document: Invalid or nonexistent parent document" but the reply opens with the information in the above paragraph.  We have tried this with 3 users and consistently receive these responses when scheduling test meetings, (consistently getting this error).  Is there a plug-in, add-in, or configuration change required?  Has anyone using IBM Notes (using Notes 9.X) experienced this before?

Hi Deb, we do have scheduling add-ins for Outlook for Windows, Office 365,
Google/Chrome, and other tools found at https://www.bluejeans.com/downloads.

You should be receiving the invitation showing the "moderator" password (exclusively for your use only), and the participants will receive an invite showing their "participant" passcode, if you are using meeting passcodes.

Our support team can look into the errors you are seeing. Please send along a screenshot to support@bluejeans.com and we'll investigate.
