Enable Accessibility Feature will not save...

I am a university professor and have a student with a hearing impairment. I have tried to enable the accessibility feature by going to my profile, turning on the accessibility feature, and clicking save. It does NOT save. 
Do I need to download a newer version or additional applications to get this feature to save? 
Thank you for any assistance...

Hello Luann,

If you would please try to enable this feature in your profile from another browser, the option should post a banner at the top once you have click on, "Save Changes".

If you do not see this change take effect, we can join a meeting together and walk through what could be going on.

I am still unable to get it to save. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge... Is there a specific browser that I have to use? That may be easier than me trying multiple browsers LOL! :)

I am still waiting on a resolution on this, but do not worry the development team is working hard to investigate what is causing this feature to not enable.

Hi Lee! 
Can you share with me where you're at in regards to using the Accessibility feature? It's been a couple of months now and  courses are back in session now; I could really use the feature for students with disabilities, if the accessibility feature is working...

Please go into your account and confirm that you are able to see the "Enable Accessibility" option is selected.

The 'enable accessibility' seems to have successfully saved! Thank you! Do I need to advise those I'm teaching to also save this feature on their profile to be able to use it? 
Does it automatically start upon meeting beginning? Is there a tutorial on how to effectively use accessibility?
