Edit and cancel meetings, old account

I signed up for a free trial with one email and scheduled a recurring meeting. I decided I liked the software, and subscribed for a year--with a different email. Now my free trial is over, and problems have cropped up:

1. I struggle each and every time I try to use the software to get into the correct account. When I login via the web browser, I can't seem to access the active account at all. It always shunts me to the old account and a popup asks me to "Reconsider: Is there something that we can do to convince you that BlueJeans is the right solution for you?"

2. I can login to the active account via the app, but it will not let me delete the old meeting (which after all was made via the web with a different account).

I've emailed customer service and gotten no response. Definitely not going to renew this unless this can be resolved, as I absolutely dread using the software. Any help would be appreciated.
