Is it just me, or does the Dolby feature create more problems than it solves? I find that it tends to muffle the voice at times. Also, playing music just doesn't work because the Dolby tries to treat the music as background noise. BlueJeans support has suggested various configurations to overcome the issue, but none of them really work well.
I'd like to see Dolby as an option that can be turned off for those users like myself who find that it's less helpful and more harmful than was intended by the developers.
