BlueJeans is aware of some connectivity issues with users in the UAE. Please see our official response below:
It has been brought to our attention that users in UAE are experiencing poor quality when connecting to BlueJeans meetings. On further investigation of these reports, we narrowed down the performance issues to a particular ISP (Emirates/Etisalat).It is our understanding that there are legal hurdles in UAE over VOIP applications. The ISP has marked BlueJeans in VOIP filter list, due to which our users are seeing degraded performance in meetings. In order to overcome the poor experience, we would suggest our users to use an alternate ISP or work with Emirates/Etisalat to unblock their traffic.
