Disable content share for all BlueJeans calls

I have a client that is due to upgrade their meeting rooms to Cisco Room55 and Cisco Spark/Spark Plus kits. They use BlueJeans for external calls only (internal uses their own bridge system). They would like to disable content sharing when using BlueJeans, so that users cannot share anything from either a laptop or the room PC, which is connected to the Cisco VC systems for internal use. Is there a way of doing this?

Although users/departments have their own meeting IDs, they may also join other BlueJeans calls hosted by an external client, and content sharing would also need to be disabled for this as well. However, there may be occasions where they would like to receive content from the far side.

Hello Matt,

We do have a feature that we are able to disable on the back end that would remove all capabilities for content sharing. We ask that the administrator of that enterprise submit this request to support@bluejeans.com.

This feature would only affect meetings that are scheduled by users in this specific enterprise. If the users were to join outside calls, the feature would be available.
