Desktop sharing gives black screen to Android users

I am a newbie.
I wanted BlueJeans so that we could hold video meetings and easily share screens with our customers.  I wanted it to be hassle free.
Just tried a meeting with 2 android users and when I hit share screen they bonly only saw a black screen.

Are we doing anything wrong.

I need a cross platform hassle free solution as trying to start a sales pitch like this is not good at all.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for writing on BJN community and sorry for all the hassles.  Black screen while sharing content is  basically  coz of  FW  blocking the inbound stream.   I am assuming those Android mobile phone were possibly connected to their office wifi network which did not allowed an outside stream to come in. Based on limited information
mentioned in your post, your call went fine, you guys were able to receive Audio/Video both ways
but it was just the content which caused issue. So their corporate firewall must have blocked an
incoming stream.

If above holds true.2 options we have:

1. Ask them to get their firewall configured to allow outside stream to come in (this is never going to happen coz they are your clients)

2. Make them join a meeting via computer, ask them to share content. Ask them to stop the share,
now you share the content. they will see your presentation. 

**Note: As if now we dont do sharing via Mobile phones i.e. if you have a PDF document on mobile phone, you cannot start the presentation on mobile phone during an active call.
