Desktop freeze on Windows 10

I'm running BJ 1.22.19 on Windows 10 Pro. I'm facing more and more desktop freeze when I'm running BJ. Is this a known problem ? Is there a workaround ?

I am having the same problem everytime I use Bluejeans. Does not happen with any other programs. I cannot even use Control Alt Del to close program. I have to completely shut down computer.
