I have a recurring meeting that was setup via outlook awhile back.. It has since been removed from my outlook calendar, but still populates every week in Bluejeans web interface. Any ideas on how to get rid of this?

Hi Chris,

We can help in deleting the recurring meeting from webaccount. I am creating a support case to follow up with you in this regard.

Hello Tech Team,

If you see the meeting populating in the web interface, but you have removed it, what we will need to do is delete the meeting ID from our back-end system.

If you would send an email to support@bluejeans.com with the meeting ID, we can follow up there.

Why not just allow us to delete these ourselves?

Hello Jeremy,

There are rare cases where a user will schedule a meeting in Outlook and only delete the calendar entries rather than going into the meeting information and clicking on "Cancel".

We used to have meetings that were scheduled in Outlook appear on the web, but have removed that sync due to syncing issues and issues where meetings are not completely deleted.

Sounds like an employment creation program. User should have the option to do it without having to ask you guys.

Hello Dushyant,

Thank you for your feedback.

We completely agree that users should have the ability to delete their own meetings, but in rare cases, the meeting can become "stuck" and then the meeting must be deleted on the back end.

Lee - BlueJeans Support
