Delegation error "Unable to Create Meeting. Please try again."

Hi everyone.

We tried to set a BlueJeans delegation and scheduled a BlueJeans meeting on behalf using Outlook Add-in.
But the pop-up message "Unable to Create Meeting. Please try again." were shown up.

For investigation we checked that we can/can't schedule on BlueJeans management site (xxx.bluejeans.com) .
When we select the delegated user on drop-down list in the meeting menu(xxx.bluejeans.com/scheduling/) , a following message are shown.

How do we fix this issue?

Some more scheduling functionality may also be blocked.

We typically see errors with delegation when the process has not been set up. I would like to investigate this further, so if you could send in an email to support@bluejeans.com with the email addresses of the delegator and delegate, we can check on the back end to confirm that the proper configurations are set.
