Creating other users within your Blue Jeans Enterprise

Getting ready to set up the other users within our Enterprise and wanted to know what we should consider when creating the Blue Jeans Meeting ID for each user.  Is there any best practices to use as the group Admin?

There are certainly best practices, but really applicable by each Enterprise's culture. One we have found to be the best is making the meeting ID their phone # so its:

a. Easy to remember
b. Easy for others to remember if contacting them
c. makes more sense when they include it in their email signature

I'll let other customers weigh in on here too to discover other best practices.

Thanks Brett.  I was actually leaning toward the phone number so glad to see that is a best practice.

We use phone numbers too. As part of the training process for new hires, each goes into their settings and modifies their ID manually. In our opinion, it's worth the time it takes to walk new users through their customization options.
