Hi Jim. If they are just working within the Blue Jeans app themselves, not really. They could get more detailed information about your connection if they are an admin and have access to Command Center Pro and can dig into the calls details pretty deeply while it is going on live. They could get your IP address and country of origin after the fact in Command Center without Pro, too, with call meeting history. I don't pay for Command Center Pro so I haven't been in there recently, but that is my understanding of both options, Pro or no Pro. All admins get basic Command Center access.

Thanks for the reply.  Wonder if there is a privacy setting if I don't want to share my location?

None that I'm aware of.

Hi Jim,

Adding to Craig's good reply, we do pick up the IP address your BlueJeans app is connecting from. This will be seen in both Basic or Pro versions of the Command Center. There is no privacy setting, though if you are connecting through a VPN, we only pick up the termination point (e.g., Los Angeles) instead of your real location (e.g., Australia).
