Content blink

Content from one of our branch offices blinks intermittently during video calls. We cannot reproduce it. This only happens from one of our offices, so I'm fairly confident it's a network issue on our end -- not a BlueJeans problem.

This post is to ask if anyone has experienced "content blink" and successfully fixed it. Thanks!

@Zack - Could you please add the type of equipment/room system you are working with? Let's see if other customers have experienced this as well.

Absolutely. All Polycom Groups Series -- both 500s and 700s.

Just a quick update in case anyone else is having blinking / flashing problems too. We think we've isolated the problem as follows:

1. When someone plugs their laptop into a Polycom Group Series 700 via HDMI
2. All far end parties see the content blink / flash black intermittently.

Does not occur on GS 500s, on GS 700 via VGA, or directly from Blue Jeans' browser client.

Will update if our ticket with Polycom yields further information.

And please let me know if you are anyone you know is also experience the content sharing flash!
