Connectivity Issues since installing Mac OS, High Sierra

After installing High Sierra OS on my MacBook Pro, I cannot stay connected to Bluejeans Prime. When any speaker switches to showing slides, I get a buffering interstitial, and then the connection drops.  This occurs both connected and on wifi, so it is not the port, and I doubt it is wi-fi as I can attend via my Android device.

I have the same problem. A coworker says it's a known issue that Bluejeans has to apply to your account.

Is this resolved?  Is it safe to upgrade to High Sierra now?
