Configure Proxy PAC file with Bluejeans --- Need Help

Hello Guys,

I need help for configure bluejeans with our proxy pac file.
Following your advice, the traffic to Bluejeans is direct ( not forwarded to our zscaler proxy )
The desktop app works fine but they cannot browse the webpage of bluejeans ( for example , if they need to reset password .
you have to know that we also create a rule in the firewall on the firewall for allow the traffic.

we did a rule for match with a specific IP range.

shExpMatch(url,"**") ||
shExpMatch(url,"**") ||
shExpMatch(url,"*wss://*") ||
return "DIRECT";

so the issue is that the IP is blocked by the firewall ( i can allow it but that's not the case ).
I don't find this IP address in your webpage about TCP/UDP ports.
all the IP range found on this webpage is allowed for direct internet access.

Hello Mohammed,

From the information above it sounds like you have configured the proxy correctly. Are you seeing when users try to login or access, the IP I would think that you would need to add an exception for * or * for your company landing page. If you are able to add sites in the exception list, please add those and see if it helps.
