Conference room computer randomly shuts down and reboots when using BlueJeans at times

We have a bunch of conference rooms that all got retooled to the same hardware spec. The machines, which had successfully ran BlueBeam in the past, are as follows:
1. Zotac EN1070 running Windows 10 and the latest version of BlueJeans
2. 2 85 inch 4k Samsung monitors
1 PTZ Camera
1 Nuvera soundbar
There is also some automation through 232. 

Long story short when running a bluejeans meeting sometimes the computer will crandomly shut down, not gently, and fire back up. No logs, nothing of use to diagnose, but also only when using BlueJeans. Zoom, Skype for Business, and GotoMeeting do not have this issue (we use everything, because reasons....).

Anyone else having this type of issue and has anyone else identified what might be causing it? I'm pretty much out of ideas.
