Every time I use BlueJeans my computer crashes and shuts off entirely. Just wondering if this is a reoccuring issue with BlueJeans or perhaps a computer issue...

If you haven't done so already, Jennifer, you should contact support. That is certainly not normal, and I've not seen that any of the many machines we use Blue Jeans. Are you using one of the web browsers or are you using the application?
