Company support cases follow up

Is there a way to follow up all cases opened for its company ? Maybe an additional menu on the admin tab.

Great idea! If our users submit cases themselves, would be useful for us to know the types of issues that are being reported directly to Blue Jeans instead of through us.

Great idea @Alexandre! We see many benefits to this visibility for deployment, but mainly for admins. Stay tuned for a response on whether we can implement something. 

For now, I am marking this an "idea" given its a great one and not just a question :)
