Hi Guys, questions from a customer who is unable to post within the community that I thought would be beneficial to all to see answered:
1. Why do some meetings have 0 participants? How can that be possible?
2. On the dashboard, what does "active users" mean? What does "registered users" mean?
3. Under "All Meetings, " I can sort every column except for the Date column. Why?
4. I can see loss on some meetings on the way out from the Blue Jeans cloud to me. Is there anything to indicate to me the cause of that loss? One solution is to show the actual hops the traffic takes to get from Blue Jeans to me so I can see where the delay is. Is that in the works?
