Command Center has been good so far. Some of the graphs are a bit dense, but is there a guide to reading them?

Command Center is great to be able to see our usage and Live meetings as well. Some of the graphs are a bit dense, (and sorry if I am being dense myself) but is there a guide to reading them?
Specifically I would love to be able to see easily which endpoints join muted (a common problem) and how I can see that translated in the graphs.

Hi Alex,

Great question!

I posted a guide on my welcome post.  You can find it here:  https://community.bluejeans.com/bluejeans/topics/command_center_beta

Thanks for the reply Jason

This guide is very high level, and as many of my team aren't able to read audio waveforms, I was hoping for some guidance on these graphs. The 1 pager doesn't provide this (unless I am missing something).

@Alex thanks for the post. Do you think it would be helpful to have this embedded in the product? For example listing the recommended ranges for every call quality metric? If so, I will change this as a product enhancement, however we will certainly work on making a more robust guide on the graphs in the meantime.

Hey Alex,

I added a more in depth guide that includes the graphs on that first post.  Can you take a look and let me know what additional information would be useful for your team?

Hi Alex, Jason, and Brett,

I'd like to chime in as well. First off, Command Center is great. Helps us spot *obvious* problems fast. However, I too am not an expert at interpreting the AV data in CC, and would love some sort of guide or alerting mechanism when metrics go above or below recommended thresholds. For example, I'd like to have guides/alerts on:
- NAT: i.e., does BJN see different IP addresses for incoming and outgoing traffic)
- Video stats: jitter, latency, resolutions, etc.
- Audio stats: clearly indicate which parties are muted, latency, etc.

Not sure what else I'm missing, but to summarize, some sort of information for the layman to understand when we're out of safe ranges in key areas.

Thanks and keep up the great work,
Zack

Hi Zack,

Thanks for the feedback.  I'll add a feature request to show NAT information and audio stats.  If you look under the summary tab on a specific endpoint it has the information on video
 stats.

Hey Jason,

Looks like this is what I am seeing on the main "welcome" page:

I just spoke to Vanessa (my customer support manager) and she said I should see something on the bottom Box embed?

Hi Alex,

The embedding code might be acting up.  You can access the doc here.

Hey Jason,

Thanks for the quick reply but it appears this doc still isn't open to public viewing.
