Canvas authentication error

Hi all.

I've recently started at an organisation that uses both Canvas and Bluejeans. We've run into an error that no one has seen before. Our Bluejeans integration works for everyone, but when I try to use BlueJeans I get the following error:

BlueJeans not authorized to fetch info from Canvas for user-id: (my user id).

I was asked to authorise BlueJeans the first time I logged in, and I clicked the Authorize button in the popup. I can use BlueJeans on its own, but not within the integration.

Any ideas for how to fix this?
