Can we setup automated reporting and alerts?

I would like to setup automated reporting on call quality and usage into pdf or just to a separate custom dashboard so that i can just point our jive instance at an iframe.

I would also like to set alerting up so i can do some form of problem management by region, so we can proactively see which areas have poor quality - i can filter on our office locations to see when need to address office quality issues.

The ability to create a dashboard based on Region would be good, so that i can see more details on what locations people are connecting from ( city level ) with out having to drill into the calls.

for example i want to run a report on all bluejeans participants from London and what the average quality is.

Yes, I agree. While Command Center tool is very effective to find the quality stats. It would be a complete package only if automated alerts & reporting is available on the quality discrepancies.

@Vikram and @Ash! Thank you for continuing to provide valuable insights to Blue Jeans and improving the Command Center offering. This is something that will be considered for future releases so that we can allow admins a more proactive approach to quality discrepancies.

Automatic reports would be great! Starting to get into using the Command Center and pulled recently last 7 days. Would be useful to be able to pull a selection of monthly reports.

Along the same lines, we have been getting manual monthly usage/adoption reports from Jason G. for many months and they have proven to be very valuable (we share them with senior leadership). Now that Command Center (CC) can produce the same information, we would really like to be able to have CC create automated monthly reports on the first day of each new month for the prior month. Being able to set up our own alerts in CC would also be very valuable.

Here are some example stats:

- Total meetings for the month and year to date, including a per-month graphing for the current calendar year.
- Total usage (min) for the month and year to date, including a per-month graphing for the current calendar year.
- Total participants for the month and year to date
- Average usage per meeting (min)
- Average participants per meeting
- Newly-subscribed user count per month (graphed)

There are many other useful stats that could be included; these are just some that are of particular interest to us.

Ash - I love your idea and would like to take it a step further -- I would also like to be able to drill directly into what calls were from what region -- basically if the larger map says 2 endpoints from connected, I would like to be able to click on that country and see what meetings they were in.
