Can we have a team account / Room

I keep being asked if we can have Team / Room accounts that are separate from a single user but will allow for multiple accounts to use?

Essential we have a group of individuals that find it cumbersome to use the meeting scheduler on their own account. Especially if they are travelling, need to access the recordings or need to use their own accounts for other meetings and cannot join the team event.

Any plans on the roadmap to allow a shared meeting ID between individuals that coexists with their regular accounts, will this basically have the same configurations as the delegated account functionality?

Hi Ash and Erin - have not heard of shared meeting feature on the near term road map, but, delegate scheduling is on the horizon. It may fit the need for these type of users.

Hi Erin, will most likely be rolled out in first quarter of 2016. Might have beta testing opportunities for you next month.
