Can I connect Bluejeans with Kedacom H600L?

From what I can read about that system it does standards based video conferencing so I don't see why not, at least if your network doesn't restrict for some reason. You can always try the test call with Jean and see what happens:

111@199.48.152.152

Or you can just dial the IP address and then once in the lobby enter the meeting ID 111. Let us know how it goes.

Hi its me again. I am a sales specialist here in manila. One of my products is Kedacom, Kedacom video con has their own software but doesn't not support Android and/or iOS platform only Windows Desktop/Laptop. I have a client who requires a software for Android and iOS so they could conduct meeting anywhere/anytime. My experience with BlueJeans was that, we were able to connect and heard an audio (voice) saying "enter the meeting code" but we cannot see anything (black screen) and we were trying to input the code but it's not working (perhaps prob of the remote control of Kedacom). I think the problem lies from our video conferencing machine. I would like to recommend BlueJeans but I have to make it work. Do you have resellers here in the Philippines?

The Kedacom H600L is currently listed as untested by our engineers and thus the functionality can’t be immediately confirmed.  There are other devices which have settings which can cause this same issue and leads me to believe the device may have a bright future with our service.
