It would be really nice to have a call quality chart next to the usability chart so we can see the correlation between user feedback and actual qualitative data based on call statistics.

This will also help us identify where some of the user perception is being degraded by hardware or just a bad presenter ;)

since some of the bad feedback that i have seen is related to the actual content of the call!
