BlueJeans Outlook Addin Launcher not loaded

Hi
The BlueJeans Outlook Addin Launcher and Addin version 4.3.325 fail to load after installing on a Win10/Office 2016 laptop.  See below image.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result.  I have even tried on a clean build laptop and get the same error.
Please help.
