Bluejeans Outlook add-in

I have an user that is having a lot of issues with the bluejeans add-in. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the ad-in several times but the issues keep coming back. After a new installation the Add-in works perfectly fine but outlook crashes after some use outlook crashes and after a reboot the load behavior says it has been unistalled. while if i look it up it's still installed on the laptop. I am a bit stuck now on what to do
