BlueJeans consuming cpu on windows 10

I am able to run gotomeeting and webex on my laptop with no problem, and able to share my screen as well.   We have decided to try out Bluejeans and when I start it on my windows 10 system, it eats up lots of cpu time.  If I use built in audio, its choppy at best.   I know I have had some internet issues at times, but the other similar applications do not do this.   It is running bluejeans at 32 bit.   At one point, even once out of bluejeans my audio service continued to eat up cpu time and I could not stop and restart it.
