Dear Partners,
We use avaya scopia xt7100 vc in our home environment , when we use vc to communicate with other company vc, it's normal. But when we use avaya scopia xt7100 to use bluejean meeting , we found the voice will have a little lost (it mean sometimes not clear in 1-2 second). Is there any firewall setting about bluejeans or we must do some setting with avaya scopia xt7100 vc ? Thanks a lot.

Hello 許耀彰,

For your first question, the listed sites are used for our BlueJeans Rooms software. It communicates with these sites for certain features.

For the second query, are you wanting to know if we at BlueJeans can determine if your network is suitable for BlueJeans? I always recommend testing out the product and making sure you can use it without issue. We are always happy to coordinate consultations to assist and provide feedback.
