Bluejeans automatically closes on windows 10

The user has windows 10 and when trying to join the a meeting, blue jeans will automatically close on its own and then you have to open the program then go to join the meeting. Mostly happens when trying to join a meeting from his calendar appointment in exchange (outlook 2013). We have uninstalled the program and installed the latest version (1.35.15) to no avail. We also have tried using an older version of bluejeans (1.24.40u) which behaves the same way.

I tried what you recommended, but it behaved the same way as before. The program appears to load fine to the window below. When I select “I’m already on phone” the program shuts down.
