BlueJeans application hanging or crashing when using the chat feature

While using the BlueJeans chat feature, the application will always hang for around 5-10 minutes, I either have to wait for it to respond (very unlikely) or kill the process and rejoin the meeting after restarting the application. Has anybody else seen this problem?
